SAIBHANG
Recognise your patterns. Put your gifts into practice.
A personalised two-and-a-half-month journey through Karam Kriya, Cognitive Metaprogramming and Kundalini Yoga.
Are you at a turning point—or finding yourself in the same patterns, longing for something to change?
Together, we explore what keeps repeating, recognise the gifts you can draw on, and find a clearer direction. You receive a personal yoga and meditation practice, alongside weekly individual sessions to help you bring your insights into everyday life.
A clearer understanding of yourself. A practice of your own. Personal support along the way.
Is this for you?
I work with people who want to understand themselves more deeply, find meaningful direction and take practical steps towards a life that feels more their own.
You may recognise yourself in these experiences:
You are at a turning point
A relationship, a move or a change of career has unsettled your sense of who you are. You want to find your footing and choose your next step with greater confidence.
The same patterns keep returning
Different people, different circumstances, yet familiar conflict, disappointment or self-doubt. You want to understand what draws you back into these situations and explore another way forward.
You have lost your spark
You keep going and do what needs to be done, but miss feeling interested, connected or hopeful. You want to reconnect with what matters to you.
There is little room for you
You are there for others, but struggle to express your needs, set boundaries or trust your own choices. You would like to give yourself the same consideration you offer those around you.
Family or relationships feel difficult
You feel caught between closeness and independence, loyalty and your own wishes. You want to understand the roles you take on and find a more honest way of relating.
You are searching for direction
You sense that you have more to offer, but cannot yet see how it fits together. You want to recognise your abilities and find meaningful ways to put them into practice.
You understand your patterns, but still feel caught in them
You have reflected, read or tried different approaches. Yet in everyday situations, familiar reactions take over. You want practical support to work with what you already know.
You do not need to have it all figured out. We begin where you are.
Three approaches, one personal process
SAIBHANG brings together three complementary ways of working: exploring the patterns in your life, working with your inner responses, and developing a practice you can return to each day.
Your own experiences remain at the centre of the process.
Karam Kriya — understanding your patterns and gifts
We begin with a Karam Kriya consultation, using your date of birth as a symbolic starting point for self-reflection.
We explore your strengths, challenges and current life cycle, including what Karam Kriya describes as karmic patterns: recurring tendencies that invite greater awareness and a different response.
This gives us a personal focus for the journey—a clearer sense of what you want to work with and which resources you can draw on.
Kundalini Yoga and meditation — a practice of your own
You receive a personalised yoga and meditation practice, chosen in response to the themes we identify together.
It gives you something concrete to work with between sessions: time to notice your responses, cultivate steadiness and practise relating differently to yourself.
A recording supports your practice at home, so you can return to it independently and build continuity.
Cognitive Metaprogramming — working with what holds you back
In our weekly sessions, we explore the beliefs, inner images and habitual responses connected with the situations you bring.
Drawing on Jungian perspectives, Taoist approaches, imagery and symbols, we work with the gap between understanding something intellectually and experiencing a different response.
These meetings help you deepen the process, work through obstacles as they arise, and support changes you can carry into daily life.
The three approaches inform one another throughout our work together. What emerges in a session can shape your practice; what you notice in your practice can become the starting point for our next conversation.
What we work towards
The direction of the programme is personal to you. Our work may help you:
-
Recognise recurring patterns earlier and respond with greater choice.
-
Become more aware of your gifts and more confident in using them.
-
Clarify what matters to you in your relationships, work and personal life.
-
Express your needs and boundaries more honestly.
-
Find a concrete focus for your next steps.
-
Establish a personal practice that supports you beyond our meetings.
We make room for reflection, and we keep returning to how it relates to the life you are actually living.

Why SAIBHANG?
The name comes from the Mul Mantra, the root mantra of the Sikh tradition, and refers to the self-existent, self-illuminating quality of the Divine. In Karam Kriya, it is associated with the number 10.
For me, it inspires a simple intention: to recognise the resources within us and learn to live from them with greater awareness.
In this programme, that intention takes a practical form: understanding your patterns, acknowledging your gifts, and making space for them in your choices and actions.

Why work with me?
You can bring the uncertainty, the contradictions and the questions you have not yet found words for.
My name is Júlia. I am a Kundalini Yoga teacher, Cognitive Metaprogramming coach and Karam Kriya practitioner. Daily practice has been part of my life for more than ten years, and I have been studying Karam Kriya with Shiv Charan Singh since 2022.
My work brings together the depth of spiritual enquiry and the practical question: how does this help you live differently, today?
I listen carefully, ask direct questions and help you notice connections that can be difficult to see from within your own story. We give attention both to what hurts and to the abilities you may have learned to overlook.
I also know what it means to build a life across countries, languages and changing circumstances—to begin again, question where you belong, and find your footing when familiar reference points fall away. This experience shapes the patience and respect I bring to your own transitions.
What makes SAIBHANG personal is the continuity of our work. The same person explores your Karam Kriya themes with you, develops your practice and accompanies you through the weekly Meta sessions. I get to know how these different parts of your experience connect, and we work with what unfolds.
My intention is that, through our time together, you become more able to recognise your own wisdom, trust your gifts and take your next steps independently.
“I could see the patterns, but I didn’t know how to respond differently. Having a practice chosen for me, alongside our weekly conversations, gave me something concrete to return to. I began to trust my own judgement and take steps I had been putting off.”
